South Beach Diet Starting Today

Steph and I are starting the South Beach Diet today. We just had our first breakfast under the new regime – V8, canadian bacon, and two eggs with fat free cheese. So far so good.

My weight is lower than 3 years ago. I was as much as 20 lbs lighter at points but now only 10 lbs off my max weight. My goal is 155 (and less).
